For 10 years, Holly has been a manager, coach, and leader within the fitness industry and is currently a business owner. As a manage and leader in the personal training department of a fitness facility, Holly nurtured and coached a number of individuals into their careers as fitness professionals.

A Graduate of the Royal Roads University Executive Coaching Program As an Executive and Life Coach, Holly helps her clients achieve their goals by empowering, inspiring, encouraging, supporting and holding them accountable. Her clients include career driven professionals and entrepreneurs, like herself. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles and is genuinely invested in their well being.

Holly has hosted a number of work / life balance workshops. She has had many coaches and mentors in her life who have helped her to become an even greater coach and role model. As a determined, ambitious, and hardworking individual, she, herself, has experienced how busy and overwhelming life can be for a business a professional and is extremely passionate about sharing how to obtain a work / life balance; and through it all, how to reach healthy lifestyle goals.

Endurance Athlete

Holly runs three to five Marathons (42.1km) a year and has now run over thirty in total. Running marathons was something she felt was once impossible. She now helps others strive and achieve the impossible and now runs ultra marathons (50-125km’s). She recently completed a solo run (125km) at The Canadian Death Race (CDR) in Grand Cache, AB. She surpassed all the strict cut off times and reached the finish line with plenty of time to spare. As a busy entrepreneur, she strongly believes in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. The dedication to her running and her health has been the key to her success.
